Data collected

Registration stores your username, display name, in-game name, email address, preferred language, password hash, account status and security/audit metadata. Forum activity stores posts, reports and moderation history. Passwords are never stored in readable form.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used only to operate the guild member area, verify membership, moderate discussions, secure accounts and maintain the guide. Registration is voluntary and based on your consent and the legitimate interest of operating a private guild community.

Retention and deletion

Inactive or rejected registrations may be removed. Moderation and security records may be retained where necessary to protect the community. Contact the website Owner through the guild Discord to request access, correction or deletion.

Sharing and transfers

Data is not sold. It is stored with the website hosting provider. Do not post personal or sensitive information in the forum.

Cookies

The site uses essential session cookies, a language cookie and local browser storage for theme preference. No advertising or analytics cookies are included by default.
